About the Consensus Building Institute
Created by leading practitioners and theory builders in the fields of negotiation and dispute resolution, the Consensus Building Institute, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, works with leaders, advocates, experts, and communities to promote effective negotiations, build consensus, and resolve conflicts. CBi's Business Practice—like all of its other practice areas—begins with the premise that better negotiation process leads to better results, a central tenet of the Mutual Gains Approach to negotiation.
